Manifestation 101 – with Seth & Kris

If we create our own reality, it stands to reason that we can choose to manifest something that we want in that reality – the one that we are creating.

Of course, it turns out to be a little more complicated than just clicking our heels three times and wishing we were back in Kansas. What is true about that scene in The Wizard of Oz is what Glinda the Good Witch of the South says next.

“You don’t need to be helped any longer. You’ve always had the power to go back to Kansas.”

I get the feeling that this is also the message that Seth and Kris, and many others, have for us. We have always had the power to manifest what we want, in fact we’re doing it as we speak, we just forgot that we could consciously direct this process, and needed some help remembering.

What prompted this exploration is this piece from someone’s recent private session with Kris.


Kris:  So you can visualize a situation, an event, something that you desire, and feel its intensity. You can add feelings and emotions to the situation, to the event, to the thing. You can also look at that visualization and enhance the elements that you are seeing. What are your eyes depicting? Does this invoke a sense of smell, or taste, or touch and what does it do? How does that affect the different senses?

This adds layers to the depth of the visualization. After you have done this, then literally drop it into the Universe and go about your business if you like. You can revisit such a meditation a few times during the course of a day and eventually just drop it. After a few days drop it entirely. … Allow your deep Self, the Universe, to go about its business of bringing this into manifestation for you.”

Reading this, I immediately recalled this similar quote from Seth…


“The important lessons have never really appeared in your societies: The most beneficial use of the directed will, with great expectations, and that coupled with the knowledge of Frame 1 and 2 activities.

Very simply: You want something, you dwell upon it consciously for a while, you consciously imagine it coming to the forefront of probabilities, closer to your actually.

Then you drop it like a pebble into Framework 2, forget about it as much as possible for a fortnight, and do this in a certain rhythm.”

So the the process is a bit more than just clicking our heels three times, but it is still a simple process that anyone can manage if they are willing.

To sum up…

Regularly imagine what you want, vividly, sensually, with feelings and expectations, and then drop it into the Deep Self to be manifested by your wider consciousness.

Then forget about it and move on with your life.
